Everything you need. Nothing you don't.
Immutable stock ledger
Every stock movement (receipt, issue, adjustment, transfer) writes an immutable ledger record. Stock levels are always derived from the ledger, never stored directly. No drift. No reconciliation. Full audit trail from day one.
Weighted average cost (WAC)
When stock arrives at different prices, Arckium recalculates the WAC automatically. Parts are issued at the current WAC, not the last purchase price. Accurate COGS for every work order, every time.
Auto-issue on PM pass
When a technician marks a PM checkpoint as passed and it requires specific parts, Arckium issues them from the nearest stocked location automatically. If stock is insufficient, a CRITICAL alert fires before the checkpoint can proceed.
Reorder alerts
Set minimum stock thresholds per SKU per location. When stock drops below the threshold, Arckium fires a reorder alert with the suggested quantity based on consumption history and lead time.
Multi-location inventory
Manage separate storerooms per building or floor. Transfer parts between locations with a two-click approval flow. Every transfer is logged in the ledger with timestamp and approver.
AI parts resolution
The AI dispatcher returns suggested parts in natural language. The PartsMatcherService resolves them to real SKUs via exact match, name substring, or tag/category overlap, no manual SKU lookup required.
How it works
- 01
Parts received, WAC recalculated
Stock arrives and is logged against the PO. Arckium recalculates the weighted average cost for the SKU automatically. The ledger records the receipt with unit price, quantity, and supplier.
- 02
Work order needs parts
AI dispatcher identifies required parts. PartsMatcherService resolves them to SKUs. Stock availability is checked at the assigned technician's nearest storeroom.
- 03
Parts issued automatically
On PM checkpoint pass or WO completion, parts are issued from stock. The ledger records the issue at WAC. The asset's maintenance record links to the issued parts.
- 04
Reorder triggered if below threshold
If the issue drops a SKU below its reorder threshold, an alert fires to the procurement manager. Consumption history informs the suggested reorder quantity.

Connects with the rest of Arckium
Every module is designed to work together: data flows automatically, no sync required.
