Questions about plans
Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. The Free plan only needs an email address. There is no online payment: paid plans are agreed with our team and invoiced.
What happens when I reach a Free limit?+
Nothing is deleted. You keep using Arckium, but you cannot add more rooms, users or tickets beyond the limit until you move to a paid plan.
Why can I only see 90 days of history on Free?+
Older records are hidden, not deleted. They come back as soon as you move to a paid plan.
How do I upgrade?+
From the My plan page in the app, or with the Contact us buttons on this page. We agree the plan with you and switch it the same day. Your data and settings stay as they are.
My business is not a hotel. Can I sign up?+
Self sign-up is open to hotels for now. For restaurants, industrial sites, property, equipment services and hospitals, contact us and we set up your account with you.
Are prices final?+
Prices shown are list prices excluding VAT, billed annually. Monthly billing adds 15%, and groups from 100 rooms get volume pricing.
